History: This home services franchisor has multiple home service based franchises totalling over 1,000 franchises across the United States. The franchisor hired PinPoint Local to develop a Local Business Data Management Campaign which included updating and managing local business profiles on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Yelp, SuperPages and other local search engines for their franchisees.
Challenge: The franchise profiles on most of the search engines contained incorrect data, wrong phone numbers, and no information on the services offered. The businesses profiles weren’t being utilized to position the franchises as the best locations for their respective services.
Strategy: PinPoint Local corrected all of the information on the business profiles and developed content rich profile that drove qualified local customers to book online appointments and call to schedule service appointments. The new profile included information on available services, local phone numbers, quality photos, and links to the business website. The new business profiles were ranked the among the top service profiles; and had the highest positioning for the service specific keywords in the local search results.
