Your team in Papillion, NE

John Payne - Owner

Is your website just a fancy business card….?

Or is your website and online presence a lead-generating, sales closing machine it’s supposed to be?

Does it bring people through your front door to book appointments, buy your products, and use your services?

When I officially left the Air Force and moved our family to Papillion, NE, I had no idea what I wanted to do except for find a way to help local businesses thrive.

The greater Omaha area is growing like crazy and will continue to do so…

I knew it was only going to get more competitive for local businesses and costs are going up.

I did not want to simply get another job, I wanted to provide value to the community as an owner.

I had dabbled in marketing on a few side ventures throughout my time in the Air Force, so I knew enough to know that a business “needs” a website…..or a business needs a social media account…..or a business needs to list itself and moderate it’s own reviews.

I had no idea just how necessary each of these items were until I made a decision to become a digital marketer and focus specifically on local businesses. I connect more customers to your local business through proven digital marketing strategies tailored to getting you more leads, more sales, and more ravings fans. I serve the following area: Boys Town, West Omaha, Millard, Chalco, Ralston, La Vista, Papillion, West Bellevue, and South Omaha.

*******************************************************************
Now before I go on, let me just say this:

You will make a decision to buy my digital marketing services because of what you think about me, not my services.
-The services I provide are awesome!
-They are top-of-the-line and up-to-date with national and local trends!
-They are priced perfectly for local businesses to grow!

Like many other digital marketing companies, I provide SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Custom website design.

And while the high-level of these services could provide phenomenal results for large firms and corporations, I know you won’t be able to distinguish the quality of my services versus your other “options” (freelancers, large corporate firms w/ small business “services”, or other local firms)

But you won’t care at all about any of that unless you know, like, and trust me.

So know this up front, I am the:
-Integrity guy…. 15 years Air Force with plenty of leadership roles to prove it
-ROI guy…. I’m simply obsessed with getting results for local businesses
 -High-Touch guy…. High-tech NEVER beats High-Touch customer service
-Value-Add guy… Always provide value FIRST and leave it better than I found it
-Accountability Always…. every step of the way, leave no doubt

And I know I can simply say all of this to you, so BOOK A CONSULTATION and see for yourself.
******************************************************************
Now back to what I was saying…

Like most products and services I buy, I was struck by how true this saying is…

“You Get What You Pay For!”

One of the biggest struggles in digital marketing is dealing with the ever-changing “algorithm” Google, Yahoo!, Bing or any other search engine.

I understand why local business owners keep getting discouraged and disappointed when going the DIY route or with using cheap website builders and “optimized” SEO packages…

While many large media companies, like Dex, Wix or even Google, provide some solutions, you still have a lot to figure out without a dedicated guide to help you navigate the complex world of digital marketing.

And these days, using a website as a fancy business card doesn’t cut it for making sales and impacting your bottom line. It’s the cheap way to go, and it doesn’t move the needle. No wonder so many business owners are disappointed with the results of some of the big digital marketing companies.

Again, you get what you pay for!

There are some fantastic local digital marketing companies that have done very well in the Omaha market, but they can’t reach everybody! The need for digital marketing is too great for them to service every local business.

Greater Omaha is set to hit 1.3-1.5 MILLION people within 10 years! That’s crazy!

I praise and encourage my “competition” for getting results necessary for local business to thrive because I truly believe the future of business is local. It’s still the bedrock of the economy and will remain so.

And the large companies are making big moves to update their business model with the digital age we currently live in…

Focus On Growth:

Smaller, local companies have a much harder time adjusting and getting caught up with the times because the skills, attention, and effort needed to get results have increased substantially.

Business owners seeking to do DIY marketing, and frankly, some digital marketers, often get caught up in the large variety and tactical details for software, platforms, and services to the point where creating strategy and understanding trends goes out the window.

People focus so much on whether or not you are getting ranked or how many likes, shares, or 5-Star ratings you’re getting…

Don’t get me wrong, these are important for your web presence, but the entire point is to have a holistic web presence that doesn’t just produce “activity” but produces a return on investment.

You are in business because you provide the BEST product or service to your customer base..

There’s no reason for you to be spending time “learning” marketing if you’re a…

-Chiropractor…. Provide quality adjustments and prescriptive recommendations
-Contractor…. Give estimates, manage your subs, pound nails, dig holes, paint a wall
-Gym…. Focus on your customer’s lift form & body goals, build their training/eating regimens
-Doctor…. Treat your patients, learn new techniques, heal people
-Restaurant/Coffee Shops… Tease their tastebuds, help people connect while breaking bread
-Mortgage Brokers…. Get homebuyers into the home of their dreams
-Manufacturers…. Provide the goods that make the world run
-CPAs…. Save everyday people money on taxes
-I could go on and on for each industry

You’re an expert in your field for a reason…

So let a digital marketing expert take on the burden of a necessary tool you need to strategically grow your online presence that will translate into growth for your company.

So, where should you put your marketing dollars?

Honestly, you likely don’t have the time to build your own marketing department, nor could afford to pay a full-time employee to build the website, run a consistent SEO campaign, manage your social media accounts, nurture your current customer base, find new customers, and manage your online reviews to gain feedback…

At that point, we’re talking about multiple full-time employees, and while I’m a firm believer one of the first places to consider putting money is marketing, hiring full-time employees is just too high of a cost.

This is why I think hiring out the service rather than hiring an employee makes sense.

You could hire out a freelancer, but you’re talking about hiring out for specific jobs….this means you need to know strategically which jobs are more important….where to start….and how to adjust.

Digital Marketing is a full-time job, plain and simple.

It’s strategy and tactics.

It’s an art and a science.

So how should a business reconcile these ideas?

My answer is to hire out the service to a digital marketing firm focused on exclusively local businesses in your geographic area.

Here’s what to look for when hiring out a local digital marketing company

The simple answer is this agency should get you results as quickly as possible and provide you with customer service rather than treat you like a “dashboard”.

While our economy will continue to move into a high-tech direction, there are clearly signs that people are disconnecting from real experiences because they are attached to their devices…

That’s why I focus on HIGH-TOUCH customer service.

We will have regular meetings to review your goals, track your business growth, and celebrate the wins….

I truly believe High-Touch Customer Service beats High-Tech reports….EVERYTIME!

That’s what you’ll get from me.

You’ll be able to contact my company at any time….myself or one of my staff will meet with you face-to-face to continue help improving your business.

I’m here to help you provide even more value to your customers…

They deserve it!

What to expect from me:

I will always highly encourage a 30-minute free consultation
(Why? Just to sell you my services?)

Absolutely not, I believe in adding value to someone else first, whether I ever receive anything myself or not.

I will provide value to you immediately by:
-Showing what your customer sees  (Listing Snapshot Report)
-Demonstrating what your customer experiences (Web Presence Audit Report)
-Explain how your web presence connects to what your customers are looking for (Keyword spreadsheet)
-What you can do immediately to rapidly improve your online presence (Custom Action Plan)

Why I do this

This is the best way I could possibly could think of to give back to a local community.

The Air Force has taken my family across the country and back again, and the quality of our experience at each location is the quality of the local community.

These communities, and especially Omaha, Offutt AFB, and the surrounding area, have be so generous in providing us an amazing place to have a family and raise our children. I could have not been more thankful to find ourselves in Papillion and greater Omaha.

The kindness, the decency, and the hard-working nature of this place is hard to compare to anywhere else.

I am thankful I found a great system and company in PinPoint Local to provide those much needed digital marketing services to a local area. And I’m even more thankful, it gets to be this local area.

I know this resonated with you, so keep this in mind (as I stated it above):

I am the:
-Integrity guy…. 15 years Air Force with plenty of leadership roles to prove it
-ROI guy…. I’m simply obsessed with getting results for local businesses
 -High-Touch guy…. High-tech NEVER beats High-Touch customer service
-Value-Add guy… Always provide value FIRST and leave it better than I found it
-Accountability Always…. every step of the way, leave no doubt
